THURSDAY, May 28th, 2020

​4:00pm                                    Registration Opens outside Geneva 2, second floor.

5:15pm                                    Welcome/Opening Remarks & register for Wellness Challenge

5:30pm – 6:30pm                   Group workout “Barre by the Lake” with Ashley Hogue in the Lakelawn room or start your Walking  Challenge by the Lake 

7:00pm-9:00pm                     Dinner Cruise on the Delavan Queen with Resort Chef & Director of F&B. Dessert, Bonfire & Acoustic guitar after dinner a activities.

           9:15am-10:15am                                  Your Mindful place –  Hope Zvara, interactive yoga class general session 

           10:15am-10:45am                                Your Powerful place- Women’s equity in Sports begins with YOU,  Katey Collins, ACSW, Tri Life Coach                                                                    

10:45am – 11:00am               Networking break hosted by Lake Lawn Resort – meet your fellow attendees, visit the expo

3:00pm – 3:15pm                  Break to prepare for ending session, you will need fitness attire, water & bring  your energy! Bring a sweatshirt for post                                                                 workout party.

3:45pm-5:00pm                    SPECIAL FITNESS CLASS!                

                                                  Head to the Delavan Queen at the Lake front for Reception                  

5:00pm                                    Thirst for Knowledge-a happy hour education session, organic wine wellness tasting with Scout & Cellar and Jazz up your                                                              health with live entertainment by  John Ludy Puleo. Wellness Challenge ends & Prizes wil be drawn

SATURDAY, June 1st-optional

10am                 Saturday morning  boat tour and history of Lake Delevan- 90 minutes, meet at the pier. Coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, fruit & yogurt parfait’s                             provided.
